Event Planner Wanted:

 

We are looking for an independent person with the ability to locate and approach adult living communities, social groups, churches or charities to setup speaking events whereas we provide educational information relating to income, income tax reduction, estate planning and healthcare information.  We provide a full turnkey workshop including a full catered meal and lecture from specialist in Tax, Legal and Estate matters. 

 

This is not a salary position and no set hours. The right person can earn $500-$1000 per event scheduled with no limit to the number of events.  If you have the ability to contact Activity Directors or Group Coordinators in charge of Activities for adult groups your income possibility has no limits.


You will be responsible to seek out and contact groups to schedule events however we will provide marketing materials like brochures and flyers for distribution and the food, drink and entertainment for each event.   

 

A guideline for group types are as follows:

 

   
  • Over 55 Mobile home parks        
  • Retirement communities, 
  • Ladies groups
  • Men’s groups
  • Retirement groups / social events
  • Event posting ads on Craigslist
  • Etc
  • Knock on doors
  • Flyers on windshields
  • Handouts at Restaurants
  • Invite friends
  •  Church Groups
  •  Etc

HOW TOUGH CAN IT BE TO GIVE AWAY FOOD,
ENTERTAINMENT AND EDUCATIONAL INFOMRATION?
   
 To make your task easy we provide handouts and brochures and input when needed however for the most part we will need to rely on the person we select to be creative with a marketing mind.  Event lures are free catered events or free meal workshops.  We pay all expenses, you simply provide the attendees.   Most seniors love a free meal.
